At Mobile Care – Your Phone's Best Friend, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the wrong item was sent. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Clearance, sale, or final sale items (unless defective).

  • Gift cards (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
